The 1995 Magna Deluxe was a dressed-up version of the third-generation VF750C, mechanically the same VFR-derived V-four with five speeds and chain drive. What set it apart was a small headlight fairing and two-tone paint, aimed at riders who wanted a little wind protection and extra flash on the hot-rod cruiser. Testers noted the fairing helped only modestly and that the small tank limited range.
